Alserkal Avenue
Alserkal Avenue is an industrial compound hosting warehouses in the industrial zone of Al Quoz, in Dubai. The area is an arts and culture district for Dubai with lineup of galleries, facilities and platforms, such as Alserkal Avenue that houses residencies for local and global artists. In March 2017, Alserkal Avenue inaugurated Concrete (Alserkal Avenue), its new space in the Avenue and the first project to be completed in the United Arab Emirates by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), founded by Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate Rem Koolhaas. Al Quoz
Al Quoz ( ar, القوز), or "El Goze" in Emirati Arabic is a locality / town in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Quoz is located in western Dubai. It is bordered to the north by Al Wasl and to the west by Umm Al Sheif, Al Manara and Al Safa, forming a long rectangle between Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed roads. Al Quoz is mainly known for its art galleries, factories, parks, and eateries. Organization Al Quoz consists of a mainly residential area in the northeast and an industrial area in the southwest with four subcommunities each. Pierre Bélanger (born April 23, 1960) is a Canadian lawyer and politician in the province of Quebec. Bélanger was a Parti Québécois (PQ) member of the National Assembly of Quebec from 1992 to 1998 and was a cabinet minister in the government of Lucien Bouchard.
