Almondo Curry
Almondo Alfonzo Curry (born August 18, 1980) is a former cornerback in the Canadian Football League (CFL). As of 2006, he was unsigned. Curry was originally signed as a free agent by the Montreal Alouettes in 2004. He was traded to Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2006 for quarterback, Nealon Greene. Curry was named to the CFL All-Star team in 2004. In college, he played for the University of Virginia. Ronald Curry
Ronald Antonio Curry (born May 28, 1979) is an American football coach and former wide receiver who is the quarterbacks coach for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as an assistant coach for the San Francisco 49ers. Curry played college football as a quarterback at North Carolina and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played eight seasons in the NFL for the Raiders, Detroit Lions and St. Louis Rams. Early years Curry was born in Hampton, Virginia. The Oakland Raiders were a professional American football team that played in Oakland from its founding in 1960 to 1981 and again from 1995 to 2019 before relocating to the Las Vegas metropolitan area where they now play as the Las Vegas Raiders. A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses.
