Michael Rymer (born 1 March 1963 in Melbourne) is an Australian television and film director, best known for his work on the re-imagined ''Battlestar Galactica'' TV series, for which he directed the pilot miniseries and several episodes of the series. Lainie Kazan (born Lainie Levine; May 15, 1940) is an American actress and singer. She was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for '' St. Elsewhere'' and the 1993 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for ''My Favorite Year''. American comedy films are comedy films produced in the United States. He appeared in more than 200 films and TV series episodes in a career that spanned over 40 years.
