Allen Yanes
Allen José Yanes Pinto (born July 4, 1997) is a Guatemalan professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Liga Nacional club Mixco. Club career Antigua In 2015, Yanes signed his first professional contract with Antigua GFC in Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala. During his first two years with Antigua, he won two league titles in the 2015–16 and 2016–17 seasons. On 18 October 2016, Yanes made his CONCACAF Champions League debut in a 3–1 defeat against Alianza. Yanes scored his first goal in a 3–2 loss against C.D. Suchitepéquez on 19 April 2018. He ended the season with his third consecutive league title. New York Red Bulls II On July 11, 2018 it was announced that Yanes had signed with New York Red Bulls II in the United States. 2021 CONCACAF League
The 2021 CONCACAF League (officially the 2021 Scotiabank CONCACAF League for sponsorship purposes) was the 5th edition of the CONCACAF League, a football club competition organized by CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The CONCACAF League was an annual continental club football competition organized by CONCACAF as its second-tier continental competition. It was announced on 8 May 2017. The competition uses a knockout cup format with each round having two legs. The top six teams proceed to the CONCACAF Champions League. From 2019 to 2022, the tournament featured 22 teams, an increase from 16 in the 2017 and 2018 editions. The competition ended after the 2022 edition due to the expansion of the CONCACAF Champions League, starting with the 2024 edition. The 2019 USL Championship season is the ninth season of the USL Championship and third under Division II sanctioning. This is the first season in which the league is operating under the name "USL Championship," having used the name "United Soccer League" through 2018. 2018 USL Season
The 2018 USL season was the eighth season of the United Soccer League and second under Division II sanctioning. The previous season, the USL had provisional Div. II sanctioning from the United States Soccer Federation (U.S. Soccer) along with the North American Soccer League, but was given full sanctioning for the 2018 season with a two-year deadline to meet the full requirements set by U.S. Soccer. Louisville City FC were the defending USL Cup champions, while Real Monarchs were the defending Supporters’ Shield champions.
