Allan Lamar Green (born September 20, 1979) is an American professional boxer. He is a former North American Boxing Organization, NABO super middleweight champion and has challenged for world titles at both super middleweight and light heavyweight. Amateur career Green had a stellar amateur career despite not making the Olympic Games, winning the 2002 National Golden Gloves, at 178 lbs, and compiling a 55–6 record. During the 2002 Golden Gloves tournament Allan beat Mike Tyson's two-decade-old, 8-second knockout record. He also was five-time Oklahoma state champion, and four-time regional champion, before coming pro at age 23. Teddy Atlas
Theodore A. "Teddy" Atlas Jr. (born July 29, 1956) is an American boxing trainer and fight commentator. Early life The son of a doctor, Atlas grew up in a wealthy area of Staten Island, New York City, New York. His mother, Mary Riley Atlas, was a former contestant in the Miss America pageant system, as well as a model. His father was of Hungarian Jewish ancestry and his mother of Irish descent. Atlas was raised in his mother's Catholic faith and spent summers in Spring Lake, New Jersey, with his family's friends. By his own admission, Atlas had a somewhat troubled, rebellious youth. He dropped out of school and was arrested several times. He participated in an armed robbery and served time on Rikers Island. Mikkel Kessler (born 1 March 1979) is a Danish former professional boxer who competed from 1998 to 2013. He held multiple super-middleweight world championships, including the WBA title three times between 2004 and 2013, and the WBC title twice between 2006 and 2010. Jermain Taylor (born August 11, 1978) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 2001 to 2014. He remains the most recent undisputed middleweight champion, having won the WBA (Undisputed), WBC, IBF, WBO, ''Ring'' magazine, and lineal titles in 2005 by beating Bernard Hopkins, and in doing so ending Hopkins' twelve-year reign as middleweight champion. Carl Bryant Daniels (born August 26, 1970 in St. Louis, Missouri), is an American professional boxer in the Light Middleweight (154 lb) division. He held the WBA Light Middleweight title in 1995. Amateur Southpaw Daniels won the junior world championships 1987 and the Golden Gloves at flyweight. He was a US feather champ in 1988 and beat Kevin Kelley in the Olympic trials. His record: 170-7. Antwun Echols (born December 4, 1971 in Memphis, Tennessee) is an American boxer who was a world middleweight contender throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s. His hometown is Davenport, Iowa. Career Echols turned professional in 1993 and in 1999 challenged IBF middleweight title holder Bernard Hopkins. Although Echols gave Hopkins a tough fight, he lost via decision.
