"All Cried Out" is a song by English singer-songwriter Alison Moyet, which was released in 1984 as the second single from her debut studio album '' Alf''. It was written by Moyet and producers Jolley & Swain. The song peaked within the top ten on both the Irish and the UK Singles Chart, and also reached the top twenty in Switzerland. Gary Benson (born Harry Hyams) is an English singer and songwriter. Career Benson spent eight weeks on the UK Singles Chart in 1975 with his own composition, " Don't Throw It All Away". The single, released on the State Records label (State Records STAT10), reached No. 20 on the chart, leading to an appearance on BBC Television's ''Top of the Pops''. The song had originally been recorded by the Shadows, and they had performed it in the 1975 ''A Song for Europe'' contest, where it finished fourth of six entries. Lena Martell (born Helen Thomson; 15 May 1940) is a Scottish singer, with a long career in theatre, television and musicals. She has recorded thirty albums which include the number one UK single with " One Day at a Time" in 1979.
