Arid Lands Information Network (ALIN) is a Kenya-based non-governmental organisation that seeks to exchange ideas and experiences among "grassroots change agents". It sees its goal as enabling such grassroot change agents to learn from one another, through capacity-building and what it terms the "innovative use of information and communication technologies (ICTs)." The Alliance of the National Left (Spanish: ''Alianza de la Izquierda Nacional'', ALIN) was a left-wing political party in Bolivia. It was founded in May 1973 by ex-President General Juan José Torres and Major Rubén Sánchez Valdivia. In an effort to reintegrate the Bolivian resistance with the concrete struggles of the Bolivian masses, Torres and Sánchez Valdivia, with the support of the Bolivian Workers' Center, organized the ALIN as a new movement of national resistance patterned on the Argentine experience. Oscar Josef Alin (22 December 184631 December 1900) was a Swedish historian and politician. Life Alin was born in Falun, Sweden. Alin Goyan ( hy, Ալին Գոյան) is an Armenian music singer from Yerevan, Armenia. Her repertoire includes traditional music from Komitas as well as pop songs. She started to attend vocal music school of voice conservation when she was six, appeared at big Armenian stages and traveled with talented children to a number of European countries.
