Jaya Seal Ghosh the renowned actress and dancer started learning Bharatanatyam from a very early age under Guru Indira P. P. Bora for five years. Simultaneously she was also acting in Assamese television and did plays with noted Assamese theatre personalities from NSD like Dulal Roy and Baharul Islam who inspired her. To pursue this interest she went to the National School of Drama in New Delhi where she subsequently completed her three-year course in 1997. Baharul Islam (actor)
Baharul Islam is an Indian theater actor. An alumnus of the National School of Drama, which he had joined in 1987 Baharul has acted in more than 80 plays, designed and directed 30 plays for his theater troupe Seagull. He is one of the busiest theatre artists in Assam. He is also a film actor who works in Assamese and Hindi films. Personal life Baharul Islam is married to Bhagirathi Bai Kadam also an alumnus of National School of Drama along with him. He has two daughters. Bickram Ghosh is an Indian classical tabla player. Early life He started learning tabla from his father, Pandit Shankar Ghosh, who had played with Ali Akbar Khan.
