Alien Terminator (1988 Film)
''Alien Terminator'' ( it, Top Line) is a 1988 Italian film directed by Nello Rossati. It is an action film with a climax that includes UFOs and aliens. It was released on video as ''Top Line''. Plot Ted Angelo, a writer struggling with alcoholism and his declining career, is fired by his publisher and ex-wife Maureen De Havilland while on an expedition in Cartagena to do research on pre-Columbian civilizations. While pondering his return home, Ted comes across a trove of 16th-Century findings from a ship of Spanish conquistadores. His best friend, art historian Alonso Quintero, helps Ted find a buyer in the black market, but is soon found dead. Nello Rossati
Nello Rossati (15 June 1942 – 16 October 2009) was an Italian director and screenwriter. Life and career Born in Adria, Rossati studied at the Accademia d'Arte Drammatica in Rome, and started his career on stage, as assistant director and occasional actor for notable directors such as Franco Zeffirelli, Giorgio Albertazzi, Giuseppe Patroni Griffi and Luigi Squarzina. Rossati made his film directing and writing debut in 1971, with ''Bella di giorno, moglie di notte'', a low-budget erotic comedy starring Eva Czemerys, which enjoyed a moderate success. In the 1980s he adopted the stage name Ted Archer for a number of films, including ''Django Strikes Again'', an attempt of relaunching the Spaghetti Western genre which resulted in both a critical and commercial disappointment. He retired in the mid-1990s. William Berger, also known as Bill Berger and Wilhelm Berger, born Wilhelm Thomas Berger (June 20, 1928 – October 2, 1993) was an Austrian American actor, mostly associated with Euro and spaghetti Westerns, as well as travel documentaries.
