Alicia Beatriz Casullo
Alicia Beatriz Casullo (September 15, 1940 – April 15, 2019) was an Argentine psychoanalyst. She served as president of International Psychoanalytical Studies Organization (IPSO), and was a founding member and head of the Sociedad Argentina de Psicoanálisis ("Argentine Society of Psychoanalysis") (SAP). She was also a member of the Federación Psicoanalítica de América Latina ("Latin American Psychoanalytic Federation"; FEPAL), and the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). The International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) is an association including 12,000 psychoanalysts as members and works with 70 constituent organizations. It was founded in 1910 by Sigmund Freud, from an idea proposed by Sándor Ferenczi.
