Alican Önlü
Alican Önlü (born 27 December 1967, Nazimye, Turkey) is a Turkish politician of Kurdish origin of the Peoples Democratic Party (HDP) and a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Throughout his political career he was a politician in a variety of parties such as the Democracy Party (DEP) and the Democratic Society Party (DTP). Political career Önlü is a Kurdish politician of the Alevi faith and has been active in several political parties. Beginning with the People's Labour Party (HEP) he later joined the DEP, the People's Labor Party (HEP), the People's Democracy Party (HADEP), then the Democratic Society Party (DTP) and the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) before he joined the HDP. He was active in the Istanbul branch for the HADEP and the Democratic People's Party (DEHAP) in Tunceli. Peoples' Democratic Party (Turkey)
The Peoples' Democratic Party ( Turkish: ''Halkların Demokratik Partisi'', acronymized as HDP; Kurdish: ''Partiya Demokratîk a Gelan''), or Democratic Party of the Peoples, is a Turkish political party mainly representing ethnic minorities in Turkey, especially Kurds. Democratic People's Party (Turkey)
The Democratic People's Party (, DEHAP) was a pro- Kurdish political party in Turkey. Founding and political context DEHAP was founded 24 October 1997. It was the continuation of the People's Democracy Party (HADEP), which was banned in March 2003 by the Constitutional Court on the grounds that it supported the Kurdistan Workers Party PKK). On the 26th of March, 2003, 35 Mayors who were part of the HADEP joined the DEHAP. The party had three chairmen. The party was at first presided by Veysi Aydin, who was elected on the parties first ordinary congress in January 1998. Duvar was an online news portal which focuses mainly on Turkish politics. Duvar's headquarters are located in Sariyer Istanbul. Bekir Şahin (born 1 March 1960, Mecitözü, Turkey) is a jurist, former judge and the current State Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation in Turkey.
