Ali Al-Rumaihi
Ali Yousef Al-Rumaihi (born 26 August 1981) is a Qatari Olympic show jumping rider. He participated at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he placed 9th in the Equestrian at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Team jumping, team and 16th in the Equestrian at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Individual jumping, individual competition. Al-Rumaihi competed at the 2010 World Equestrian Games, where he finished 26th in the team competition and 81st individually. He also participated at several regional games including two Asian Games (in 2006 and 2010). He won a team gold in Doha at the 2006 Asian Games. Jumping process The airborne phase of the jumping process occurs between stance phases of the fore and hind limbs and is therefore biomechanically equivalent to a highly suspended or elevated canter stride. 2010 World Equestrian Games
The 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games (officially the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games) were held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, U.S. from September 25 to October 10, 2010. This was the sixth edition of the FEI World Equestrian Games, games, which are held every four years and run by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). For the first time, Para-equestrian events were added in the program. This was also the first time the games were hosted by a city outside of Europe, and also the first time that all events at the games were held at a single site.
