Alfonso Guerra
Alfonso Guerra González (born 31 May 1940) is a Spanish politician. A leading member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), he served as vice president of the government (''vicepresidente del Gobierno'', i.e., equivalent to deputy prime minister) of Spain from 1982 to 1991, under the premiership of Felipe González. He represented Seville province in the Congress of Deputies from 1977 to 2015, and was the longest-serving deputy at the time of his departure. In 1988 Guerra received an honorary degree from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru, and he was awarded the ''Medaglia D'oro'' in 1984 by the Sapienza University of Rome. Cabinet Of Spain
The Council of Ministers ( es, Consejo de Ministros) is the main collective decision-making body of the Government of Spain, and it is exclusively composed of the Prime Minister, the deputy prime ministers and the ministers (22 as of 2020). Junior or deputy ministers such as the Secretaries of State are not members of the Council (although according to the Constitution they could be, if the Government Act included them, a constitutional provision that until today has not been used). The Monarch may also chair the Council when needed on the invitation of the Prime Minister. The ministers are proposed by the Prime Minister and formally appointed by the King. José Blanco López
José Blanco López (born 6 February 1962), also known as Pepe Blanco, is a Spanish socialist politician. He was the deputy general of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) and was the Minister of Public Works and Transport from 2009 to 2011. Political career Blanco López began his political career in 1986 when he was elected to the Spanish Senate. In 1996 he was elected to the Spanish Congress as a deputy for Lugo Province and was re-elected in 2000, 2004 and 2008. He is a trustee of thFundacion IDEAS Spain's Socialist Party's think tank. Javier Luis Sáenz de Cosculluela (born 11 October 1944, Logroño, Spain) is a politician and Spanish lawyer. He served as a Minister in the second, third and fourth terms of Felipe González. Biography Sáenz studied law at the University of Barcelona, specializing in labor law. He participated in the political activity against Francoist Spain in the 1970s. He was secretly a member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party and of the General Union of Workers in 1973 and was one of the founders of the Socialist Federation of The Rioja.
