Alexis Hansen
Alexis M. Hansen ( ''née'' Lloyd; born 1960) is an American politician, currently serving as a member of the Nevada Assembly from the 32nd district. Early life and education Hansen was born Alexis Lloyd on 1960 in Sacramento, California. In 1978, Hansen graduated from Sparks High School. Later, she graduated from University of Nevada, Reno. Career Hansen has been the co-owner of Hansen & Sons Plumbing since 1986. She has been a member of the Blue Star Mothers of America and National Rifle Association of America since 2017. In 2018, Hansen was elected to the Nevada Assembly, where she has been representing the 32nd district since November 7, 2018. Hansen is a Republican. Personal life Alexis is married to fellow politician, Ira D. Hansen. Together, they have eight children and eighteen grandchildren. Alexis resides in Sparks, Nevada. Ira Hansen
Ira Hansen (born October 5, 1960) is an American politician and member of the Republican Party (United States), Republican Party who has been a member of the Nevada State Senate for the Nevada's 14th Senate district, 14th district since 2018. He formerly represented the Nevada Assembly's 32nd district from 2010 to 2018. Biography Hansen was born in Reno, Nevada and attended local Washoe County schools. While attending Sparks High School Ira met his future wife, Alexis Hansen, Alexis Lloyd. As of 2014 they have been married for 34 years and have 8 children. Hansen started his own plumbing company in 1986 at the age of 26. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has been involved in the community as a Sparks Little League coach, a Sparks Pop Warner coach and as a Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
