Alexey Uchitel
Aleksei Yefimovich Uchitel (russian: Алексей Ефимович Учитель; born 31 August 1951) is a Russian film director. In 2002, he received the title People's Artist of Russia. Life and career Uchitel was born on 31 August 1951 in Leningrad to the family of documentary filmmaker Yefim Uchitel. In 1975, he graduated from VGIK, worked at the Leningrad studio of documentary films. In 1990, he founded his film studio "Rock". Uchitel's directorial debut was the film ''Gisele's Mania''. In 2000, he received the Nika Award, the Kinotavr Grand Prix and the Crystal Globe nomination for ''His Wife's Diary''. The film was about the last love affair of Ivan Bunin. His 2003 film '' The Stroll'' was entered into the 25th Moscow International Film Festival. His 2005 film ''Dreaming of Space'' won the Golden George at the 27th Moscow International Film Festival. Nicholas II Of Russia
Nicholas II or Nikolai II Alexandrovich Romanov; spelled in pre-revolutionary script. ( 186817 July 1918), known in the Russian Orthodox Church as Saint Nicholas the Passion-Bearer,. was the last Emperor of Russia, King of Congress Poland and Grand Duke of Finland, ruling from 1 November 1894 until his abdication on 15 March 1917. During his reign, Nicholas gave support to the economic and political reforms promoted by his prime ministers, Sergei Witte and Pyotr Stolypin. He advocated modernization based on foreign loans and close ties with France, but resisted giving the new parliament (the Duma) major roles. Mathilde-Marie Feliksovna Kschessinska ( pl, Matylda Maria Krzesińska, russian: Матильда Феликсовна Кшесинская; 6 December 1971; also known as Princess Romanovskaya-Krasinskaya after her marriage) was a Polish ballerina from the noble family Krzesiński. Her father Feliks Krzesiński and her brother both danced in Saint Petersburg.
