Alexandra Eade
Alexandra Eade (born 15 January 1998) is a retired Australian artistic gymnast. Eade competed at the Gymnastics at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, 2018 Commonwealth Games where she won a gold medal in the Gymnastics at the 2018 Commonwealth Games – Women's floor, floor event and a bronze medal in the Gymnastics at the 2018 Commonwealth Games – Women's artistic team all-around, team all-around event. She is currently studying a bachelor of biomedical science at Deakin University. Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
