Alex Jacob
Alex Jacob (born October 27, 1984) is a former professional poker player and game show contestant. Jacob is perhaps best known in poker for winning the 2006 main event at the United States Poker Championship, a no-limit Texas hold 'em event televised by ESPN. He has also appeared at televised final tables at the World Series of Poker and the World Poker Tour. In 2015, after leaving professional poker, Jacob became a contestant on ''Jeopardy!'', where he won six games and the show's Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions, Tournament of Champions. Education In 2002, Jacob was the valedictorian of Deerfield Beach High School, where he was in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. 2007 World Series Of Poker
The 2007 World Series of Poker (WSOP) began on June 1st, 2007. The $10,000 ( US) no-limit Texas hold 'em Main Event began on July 6th and was completed on the morning of July 18th. All events were held at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada by Harrah's Entertainment, which has run the annual event since its purchase from the Binion family in 2004. For the first time players began each event with double the amount of chips as the buy-in. This means that players in the Main Event started with 20,000 chips. The blind structure has also been increased and some blind levels removed but slowed to allow for more play. In addition to the $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. event, which was first played at the 2006 World Series of Poker, this year there were 2 additional H.O.R.S.E. events with lower buy-ins ($2,500 and $5,000). 2007 World Series Of Poker Results
The 2007 World Series of Poker was the 38th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP). Held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, the series featured 55 poker championships in List of poker variants, several variants. As a WSOP custom since 1976, each of the event winners receive a World Series of Poker bracelet, championship bracelet in addition to that event's prize money. The series culminates with the $10,000 No-Limit hold'em "Main Event", which has attracted thousands of entrants since 2004. Austin David "Buzzy" Cohen (born March 5, 1985) is a recording music industry executive and trivia enthusiast from Los Angeles, California, best known for his association with the game show ''Jeopardy!''. HQ Trivia
HQ was a mobile trivia game developed by Intermedia Labs for iOS, Android, iPadOS, and tvOS. First released in 2017, the HQ app allowed users to play in daily live trivia games, through which they could win or split prize money. HQ was developed by Vine creators Rus Yusupov and Colin Kroll, and credited as a production of Intermedia Labs. The app's original game was HQ Trivia, in which players have 10 seconds to answer multiple-choice questions that incrementally increase in difficulty. Charles Forrest (born June 3, 1961) is an American attorney and game show contestant who at one time held the record for the largest non-tournament cash winnings total on the syndicated game show ''Jeopardy!'' He is a professor in the Master of Fine Arts program for writers at the Art Institute of Chicago.
