Aleksandr Andreyevich Melikhov (russian: Александр Андреевич Мелихов; born 23 March 1998) is a Russian football player who plays for Armenian club Urartu. Club career He made his debut in the Russian Professional Football League for FC Novokuznetsk on 13 October 2015 in a game against FC Sibir-2 Novosibirsk. He made his Russian Premier League debut for FC Tom Tomsk on 3 March 2017 in a game against FC Rostov in a 0–6 loss. On 12 June 2019, he signed a 5-year contract with Russian Premier League club FC Akhmat Grozny. Novokuznetsk ( rus, Новокузнецк, p=nəvəkʊzˈnʲɛt͡sk; literally: "new smith's", cjs, Аба-тура, ''Aba-tura'') is a city in Kemerovo Oblast (Kuzbass) in south-western Siberia, Russia. It is the second largest city in the oblast, after Kemerovo. Population: It was previously known as ''Kuznetsk'' until 1931, and as ''Stalinsk'' until 1961. The Russian First League (russian: Первая лига, Pervaya liga), formerly called Russian First Division (russian: Первый дивизион) and Russian Football National League (FNL) (russian: Первенство Футбольной Национальной Лиги, Pervenstvo Futbol'noy Natsional'noy Ligi) is the second level of the Russian football league system.
