Alejandro Rodríguez de Valcárcel y Nebreda (25 December 1917 – 22 October 1976) was a Spanish falangist politician and State lawyer, who served in important positions during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco. Fernando Herrero Tejedor (1920–1975) was a Spanish jurist and politician who was a member of the FET y de las JONS (FET), the ruling party of the Francoist Spain. He served as the minister-secretaries general of the movement between March and June 1975. He died in a car accident while serving in the post.
