Alec McNair
Alexander McNair (24 December 1882 – 18 November 1951) was a Scottish football player and manager. He played as a defender for Celtic for 21 years and represented the Scotland national team in 15 official internationals between 1906 and 1920. McNair also represented the Scottish League XI 15 times. He then managed Dundee from 1925 until 1927. Stenhousemuir McNair began his career at Stenhousemuir. He played at inside right and was a regular goalscorer, helping the club win the Scottish Qualifying Cup in 1901 and 1902. He also played in the Stenhousemuir team that reached the Scottish Cup semi-final in 1903, losing 4–1 to Rangers. Celtic In May 1904, McNair signed for Celtic. Donald McLeod (footballer)
Donald McLeod (28 May 1882 – 6 October 1917) was a Scottish professional footballer who made over 260 appearances in the English and Scottish Leagues for Middlesbrough and Celtic respectively. A right back, he was capped by Scotland and represented the Scottish League XI. McLeod was nicknamed 'Slasher'. Personal life Born in Laurieston, McLeod grew up in Grangemouth and Stenhousemuir and was married with three daughters. After his retirement from professional football in 1914, he took over the Lord Byron pub in Middlesbrough. In 1916, two years after the outbreak of the First World War, McLeod was conscripted into the Royal Garrison Artillery. He was subsequently transferred to the Royal Field Artillery and became a gunner. On 5 October 1917, during the Battle of Passchendaele, McLeod was wounded in action, losing his right leg below the knee and part of his left foot. Dens Park, officially known as Kilmac Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium in Dundee, Scotland, which is the home of club Dundee F.C. and has a capacity of . Tannadice Park, the home of rivals Dundee United, is just 200 yards (183 metres) away. History Dundee moved to "Dens" from their first stadium at Carolina Port in 1899. Willie Maley
William Patrick Maley (25 April 1868 – 2 April 1958) was an Irish-born Scottish international football player and manager. He was the first manager of Celtic Football Club, and one of the most successful managers in Scottish football history. During his managerial tenure, Maley led Celtic to thirty major trophies (16 league championships and 14 Scottish Cups) in forty-three consecutive years as manager.
