Aldo Corzo
Aldo Sebastián Corzo Chávez (born 20 May 1989) is a Peruvian professional footballer who plays as right-back for Peruvian Liga 1 club Universitario de Deportes and the Peru national team. Club career Alianza Lima Corzo arrived to Alianza Lima after playing in the youth ranks of Club de Regatas Lima when Jaime Duarte, a former Alianza player, saw him. He was promoted to the first team in 2008 by Richard Páez. In August 2008, he made his official debut in a 2–0 victory against Sport Boys in Matute, playing the entire game and doing an outstanding performance. After that match, Corzo became a regular in the starting XI, later a key player, and contributed to save Alianza from relegation to the second division. Peru National Football Team
The Peru national football team represents Peru in men's international football. The national team has been organised, since 1927, by the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF). The FPF constitutes one of the ten members of FIFA's South American Football Confederation ( CONMEBOL). 2009 South American Youth Championship
The 2009 South American Youth Championship (Sudamericano sub-20) was a football competition for national teams U-20 who are associated with the football federation CONMEBOL. It was the 24th time the tournament was held and took place in Venezuela from January 19 to February 8. It also served as qualification for the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup. 2012 Copa Sudamericana
The 2012 Copa Sudamericana de Clubes (officially the 2012 Copa Bridgestone Sudamericana de Clubes for sponsorship reasons) was the 11th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The tournament was expanded from 39 teams to 47 teams, allowing the eight associations other than Argentina and Brazil to each enter four teams instead of three teams. Universidad de Chile were the defending champions, but lost to eventual champion, São Paulo in the quarterfinals. Brazilian club São Paulo were crowned as the champion after defeating Argentine club Tigre in the finals. The 2011 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2011 Copa Santander Libertadores de América for sponsorship reasons) was the 52nd edition of the Copa Libertadores de América, South America's premier international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. A total of 16 teams competed in the tournament, with Universitario de Deportes as the defending champion. Club Universitario de Deportes, popularly known as Universitario or simply as La "U", is a Peruvian football club located in Lima. The club was founded in 1924 under the name Federación Universitaria by students of the National University of San Marcos but was forced to rename in 1931.
