Albert Schram
Albert Ernst Giovanni Schram (born 2 September 1964, in De Bilt, the Netherlands) is the Vice Chancellor of the Papua New Guinea University of Technology (UNITECH). He took over on 7 February 2012 from Misty Baloiloi, who had been Vice-Chancellor for 17 years. He is also Adjunct Professor at James Cook University'sbr>Cairns Institute(Australia) and at the University of Turabobr>Business School(Puerto Rico). The European External Action Service (EEAS) is the diplomatic service and combined foreign and defence ministry of the European Union (EU). Climate Change
