Albert J. Zabriskie Farmhouse
The Albert J. Zabriskie Farmhouse is located at the current address of 7 East Ridgewood Avenue in Paramus, New Jersey, Paramus, Bergen County, New Jersey, Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, just east of New Jersey Route 17. This is one of several Zabriskie historic sites associated with the descendants of prominent settler Albrycht Zaborowski (1638–1711). This stone house was built in 1805 by Albert Jacob Zabriskie (1760–1835) in the American colonial architecture#Dutch Colonial, New Jersey Dutch style, owned by four generations of the family until 1924, and added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 7, 1977. Due to confusion from the street name and handwritten notes on one page of the NRHP nomination, the building is sometimes mistakenly listed as being in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Fashion Center
The Fashion Center is a shopping center located in Paramus, New Jersey. It opened in 1967 as a traditional indoor shopping mall. The mall slowly underwent a "de-malling" process over a period of several years prior to 2009, which resulted in the former interior portion of the mall gradually taken over by other stores and eventually sealed off, with each store inside the center having its own outside entrances. There is one vacant anchor, a former Lord & Taylor. Junior anchor stores are Denny's Children Wear, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Buy Buy Baby, and Bed Bath & Beyond (Closing in 2022). Vacant junior anchors are Jenny Jon and Cost Plus World Market. The property is owned by Willner Realty of Pennsylvania. It has a gross leasable area of and is considered small by modern standards, with less than 15 stores at its peak. Hackensack River
The Hackensack River is a river, approximately 45 miles (72 km) long, in the U.S. states of New York and New Jersey, emptying into Newark Bay, a back chamber of New York Harbor.
