Alanta Dance
{{unreferenced, date=February 2012 Alanta Dance is an original Nigerian music genre and dance. Like most African dances, it requires vigorous hand, hips and leg movements. The dance style uses a patterned movement of the hands as if fanning flames while raising one leg. This dance shows the rich creativity and humour of the Nigerian people. Uti Nwachukwu (, born 3 August 1982) is a style icon, TV personality, actor and the co-host of the Nigerian show Jara. He is a native of Ndokwa, Aboh Kingdom, Ndokwa East Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria. Early life Uti is the last of a family of six—there are four other kids. He was raised in Delta state's Ughelli on Uloho Avenue. From 1993 until 1999, he attended classes at the Igbenedion Education Center. Big Brother Africa
''Big Brother Africa'' is the African version of the international reality television franchise ''Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol in 1997. The show was first aired in 2003 for one season on M-Net and broadcast to audiences in 42 African countries. In 2007, the show was back from four-year hiatus, until it got cancelled after season nine in 2014. The African version initially involved 12 countries within Africa (Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia & Zimbabwe) with two countries (Ethiopia and Mozambique) being added in season 4 and two other countries (Liberia and Sierra Leone) being added in season 7 while Rwanda was added in season 9.
