Alan Robertson (judge)
Alan Robertson (born 10 May 1950) is a former judge of the Federal Court of Australia. He served as a deputy president of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and retired from the Court in May 2020 having reached the mandatory retirement age for federal judicial appointments. Early life and education Robertson was born in Fareham in Hampshire, United Kingdom. His father, Captain David Robertson OBE, was a naval captain and a Director of Navy Legal Services in the Australian Department of Defence. Robertson attended secondary school at Bradfield College in the UK. His great-grandfather was bishop Archibald Robertson, who had also attended Bradfield College in the late nineteenth century and whose own father was the physician Archibald Robertson. Informit is most well known as an online database that provides access to over 100 databases, some of which provide full-text sources. The online versions of the Australian Public Affairs Information Service (APAIS) subject index, and the Australian Public Affairs Full Text (APAFT) are part of the Informit database collection. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, also referred to as the NDIS Commission, is an independent commission that was established to improve the quality and safety of services funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme. William Gummow
William Montague Charles Gummow (born 9 October 1942) is a former Justice of the High Court of Australia, the highest court in the Australian court hierarchy. He was appointed to the Court of Final Appeal (Hong Kong), Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong on 8 April 2013 as a non-permanent judge from other common law jurisdictions. Maurice Byers
Sir Maurice Hearne Byers (10 November 191717 January 1999) was a noted Australian jurist and constitutional expert. He was the Commonwealth Solicitor-General from 1973 to 1983, in which capacity he played a role in the Gair Affair and the 1975 Australian constitutional crisis.
