Alamanda Motuga
Alamanda Lolo Motuga (born 11 September 1994) is a professional rugby union player who plays as a flanker for Super Rugby club Moana Pasifika. Born in New Zealand, he represents Samoa at international level after qualifying on ancestry grounds. Early life Motuga was educated at Manurewa High School in Auckland, New Zealand. He began playing rugby for Manurewa in the Counties-Manukau Amateur Federation Championship. He also played rugby sevens with the Auckland Marist team. Club career In 2020 he joined the squad for the 2020 Mitre 10 Cup. In November 2020 he represented Moana Pasifika in their inaugural match against the Māori All Blacks. Afaesetiti Amosa (born 11 October 1990) is a Samoan rugby player for Aviron Bayonnais in France's Top 14, the highest level of French rugby. His primary position is number 8. Career Born in Samoa Amosa moved to Australia at the age of four, and played his junior rugby for Moorabin Rugby Club in Melbourne, featured for the Brumbies Academy side before returning to Melbourne to play for the Melbourne Rebels academy side. In August 2012 Amosa moved to Bizkaia Gernika in Spain's División de Honor de Rugby, they also competed in the 2012–13 European Challenge Cup where Amosa played in 6 games. The 2019 Rugby World Cup was the ninth edition of the Rugby World Cup, the quadrennial world championship for men's rugby union teams. The 2019 World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup was the 14th Pacific Nations Cup, an annual international rugby union competition contested by the men's national teams of the Tier 2 rugby nations located around the Pacific: Canada, Fiji, Japan, Samoa, Tonga and the United States. Japan won their second outright Pacific Nations Cup (and their third overall, having shared the 2014 title with Samoa), winning all three of their matches with try-scoring bonus points to finish top of the standings with 15 points.
