Al Irshad Club Chehim ( ar, نادي الإرشاد الرياضي شحيم, lit=The Guidance Sporting Club Shheem) is a football club based in Shheem, Lebanon, that competes in the . Founded in 1992, the club was officially licensed in 2009. Irshad Chehim won a Lebanese Fifth Division and a Lebanese Fourth Division, respectively in 2013 and 2016. History Irshad Chehim were founded in 1992, receiving their official license on 9 November 2009. In the 2012–13 season, the club won the Lebanese Fifth Division and gained promotion to the Lebanese Fourth Division. Shheem
Shhiim ( ar, شحيم) alternatively written as ''Shheem'' or ''Chhim''/''Shleem'' is a town in Lebanon which is located 40 kilometres south-east of Beirut. Shhiim is located on 4 mountains in the Chouf region in lebanon. Chhim has a population of about 49,000. It is considered a city by some. Shhiim is the largest Sunni Muslim town in the Chouf region. It is often regarded as the capital of the Iklim el-Kharoub which is the coastal part of the Chouf. Shhiim has warm, dry and humid summers, with cold and wet winters. The weather is similar to that of the coastal cities. Politics in the area is dominated by the Future Movement and the Progressive Socialist Party, with two MPs from Shhiim taking on a role for each respective party. Lebanese Third Division
The Lebanese Third Division ( ar, الدوري اللبناني الدرجة الثالثة) is the third division of Lebanese football, and is controlled by the Lebanese Football Association. The 24 teams are divided into four groups of seven teams each; the first two teams of each group qualify to the playoffs and the first two teams of these playoffs qualify to the Lebanese Second Division and replace the relegated teams. On the other hand, the last two teams will be submitted to the playoffs that will decide which two of these four teams will be relegated to the Lebanese Fourth Division. 2018–19 Lebanese FA Cup
The 2018–19 Lebanese FA Cup was the 47th edition of the national football cup competition of Lebanon. It started with the First Round on 12 October 2018 and concluded with the final on 25 May 2019. Defending champions Ahed beat Ansar in the final to win their second consecutive Lebanese FA Cup, their sixth in total. The winner qualified for the 2020 AFC Cup play-off round; however, as Ahed also won the Lebanese Premier League, the AFC Cup spot went to second-placed Ansar. Lebanese Second Division
The Lebanese Second Division ( ar, الدوري اللبناني الدرجة الثانية) is the second division of Lebanese football. Established in 1933, it is controlled by the Lebanese Football Association. The 12 teams that participate in the league play each other twice, once at home and once away, with the champions and the second placed team qualifying to the Lebanese Premier League to replace the bottom two teams. History Salam Achrafieh won the inaugural edition of the Second Division, in 1933–34, after beating Ararad 2–0 in the final. 2019–20 Lebanese FA Cup
The 2019–20 Lebanese FA Cup was intended to be the 48th edition of the national football cup competition of Lebanon. It started with the First round on 12 October 2019. Lebanese Premier League side Ahed were the defending champions. The Lebanese Football Association suspended all competitions on 21 January 2020 due to the political and financial situation in Lebanon; this resulted in the indefinite suspension of all football matches in Lebanon. With the COVID-19 pandemic also stopping sporting activities nationwide, the 2019–20 season was officially cancelled on 28 May 2020.
