Al Haymon
Al Haymon (born April 21, 1955) is an American businessman and boxing manager. He was the manager of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and has won the Boxing Writers of America Manager of the Year Award five times. Early life Haymon was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and studied economics at Harvard. He also has an MBA from Harvard. Music career His first career was in music promotion, where he promoted such acts as M. C. Hammer, New Edition, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige and Rick James. He branched out to other entertainment areas, such as when he worked with Eddie Murphy. In 1999, he sold 50% of A. H. Enterprises to SFX Entertainment. Dominic Angelo Breazeale (born August 24, 1985) is an American professional boxer. He has challenged twice for heavyweight world titles; the IBF title in 2016 and the WBC title in 2019. As an amateur he represented the United States at the 2012 London Olympics. Early life Breazeale was born in Glendale, California, United States. He started playing football and was quarterback on the football team at Mt. SAC and the University of Northern Colorado before starting boxing. Amateur career Breazeale first started boxing at the age of 23. Cristobal Arreola (born March 5, 1981) is an American professional boxer who has challenged three times for the WBC heavyweight title. Devon Alexander (born February 10, 1987) is an American professional boxer. He is a former world champion in two weight classes, having held the unified WBC and IBF light welterweight titles in 2010, and the IBF welterweight title from 2012 to 2013. Guillermo Rigondeaux Ortiz (; born 30 September 1980) is a Cuban professional boxer. Caleb Hunter Plant (born July 8, 1992) is an American professional boxer who held the IBF super middleweight title from 2019 to 2021. José Manuel "Josesito" López (born July 19, 1984) is an American professional boxer and former world title challenger. Professional career NABF light welterweight championship On January 28, 2011 López took out undefeated Mike Dallas Jr. by knockout in the seventh round, to win the North American Boxing Federation Light Welterweight Championship. The bout was televised on ESPN's Friday Night Fights. López was originally scheduled to fight Kendall Holt in a defense of his title sometime in 2012, but Holt pulled out of the fight.
