Al-Tijara SC

	Al-Tijara SC Al-Tijara Sport Club (''Trade SC'', ar, نادي التجارة الرياضي ) is an Iraqi football club based in Baghdad, that plays in Iraq Division Three. History In Premier League Al-Tijara was founded in 1974 as Al-Iktisad as an amalgamation of Ministry of Trade teams, the most prominent of which were the Orosdi-Back team and the Al-Asha team. Al-Iktisad gained promotion to the Iraqi Premier League in 1975. The team played fifteen seasons in the Iraqi Premier League until 1992, first three seasons (1975– 78) from those, played in their old name Al-Iktisad. Suspension and resumption In 2014, sports activities were suspended in the club, and after four years, in 2018, activities resumed and new teams were established in various sports, including the football team, which recently qualified to play in the Iraq Division Two. 	Ammo Baba Emmanuel Baba Dawud (27 November 1934 – 27 May 2009), better known as Ammo Baba ( ar, عمو بابا, syr, ܥܡܘ ܒܒܐ), was an Iraqi Assyrian football player and coach of the Iraq national football team. He scored the first international goal for Iraq in 1957 against Morocco at the 2nd Pan Arab Games in Beirut and later returned to the team as the coach in 1978. Playing career Ammo Baba was born in Baghdad, Iraq, of Assyrian ethnicity. He emerged in the Middle Eastern football scene at the age of 16 at a 1951 Pan Arab School Championship in Cairo playing for the Iraq against the home nation Egypt. He had been discovered by Iraqi schoolboys' coach Ismail Mohammed while playing for the Liwa Al-Dulaim school province team. Mohammed gave him the nickname 'Ammo Baba' and advised him to move to Baghdad to play for one of Iraq's top teams. Newly-promoted club Al-Zawraa, founded in 1969, won the league title and also won the Iraq FA Cup to complete the first national double in Iraqi football.
