Al-Rai Subdistrict
Al-Rai Subdistrict ( ar, ناحية الراعي) is a subdistrict of al-Bab District in northern Aleppo Governorate, northwestern Syria. Administrative centre is al-Rai. At the 2004 census, the subdistrict had a population of 15,378. Neighbouring subdistricts are al-Bab Subdistrict (southwest) and Arima Subdistrict (southeast), both in al-Bab District, as well as Akhtarin Subdistrict (west) in Azaz District, and Ghandoura Subdistrict (east) belonging to Jarabulus District. To the north is the Kilis Province of Turkey. Haji Kusa
Haji Kusa ( ar, حاجي كوسة; tr, Hacı Köse, 'beardless pilgrim') is a village in northern Aleppo Governorate, northern Syria. It is located in a sparsely populated area, some east of al-Rai, northeast of al-Bab and west of Manbij. Kilis Province
Kilis Province ( tr, Kilis ili) is a province in southern Turkey, on the border with Syria. It used to be the southern part of the province of Gaziantep and was formed in 1994. The town of Kilis is home to around 67% of the inhabitants of the province; the other towns and villages are very small. Akhtarin Subdistrict
Akhtarin Subdistrict ( ar, ناحية أخترين, Nāḥiyah Akhtarin) is the easternmost nahiyah, subdistrict of Azaz District in the northern Aleppo Governorate of northern Syria, on the Syria–Turkey border, border with Turkey. Its administrative centre and largest town is Akhtarin. Its town of Dabiq, Syria, Dabiq is notable for the battle of Marj Dabiq in 1516, and its place in Islamic eschatology.
