Akwasi Fobi-Edusei (born 12 September 1986), sometimes listed as Akwasi Fobe-Edusei or simply Akwasi Edusei, is an English former professional footballer. Playing career Born in Camberwell, London, he began his career with Gillingham, where he made 9 appearances in The Football League. He has also played on loan for Welling United and Farnborough. In 2013, he was released by Burgess Hill Town and was signed by Hastings United on a free transfer. Camberwell () is a district of South London, England, in the London Borough of Southwark, southeast of Charing Cross. Camberwell was first a village associated with the church of St Giles and a common of which Goose Green is a remnant. Crawley () is a large town and borough in West Sussex, England. It is south of London, north of Brighton and Hove, and north-east of the county town of Chichester. Crawley covers an area of and had a population of 106,597 at the time of the 2011 Census. The area has been inhabited since the Stone Age, and was a centre of ironworking in Roman times.
