Akor Adams
Akor Jerome Adams (born 29 January 2000) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Montpellier. Club career In August 2018, he joined Norwegian side Sogndal from Jamba Football Academy in Nigeria. He made his debut for the club on 28 August 2018. He missed much of the 2020 season due to injury. His contract with Sogndal expired at the end of the 2021 season. He ended the season with 10 goals in 28 games. On 2 December 2021, he signed a three-year contract with Lillestrøm. He made his competitive debut in the cup, scoring against Nardo; and then his Eliteserien debut on 2 April 2022 against HamKam, scoring one of the goals in a 2–2 draw. In August 2023, he joined Ligue 1 club Montpellier. Benue State
Benue State is one of the North Central states in Nigeria with a population of about 4,253,641 in 2006 census. The state was created in 1976 among the 7 states created at that time.The state derives its name from the Benue River which is the second largest river in Nigeria. The 2023 Eliteserien will be the 79th season of top-tier football in Norway. The season is set to start on 10 April 2023 and end on 2 December 2023, not including play-off matches. Molde are the defending champions. Brann and Stabæk joined as the promoted clubs from the 2022 Norwegian First Division. They replaced Kristiansund and Jerv who were relegated to the 2023 Norwegian First Division. The UEFA Europa Conference League (abbreviated as UECL) is an annual football club competition organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) for eligible European football clubs. Clubs qualify for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. It is the third tier of active European club football competitions, after the Champions League and the Europa League. First contested in the 2021–22 season, the competition serves as the bottom level of the Europa League, which was reduced from 48 to 32 teams in the group stage.
