Akira Kajiyama
is a Japanese guitarist who is known for his work with Joe Lynn Turner. Biography Kajiyama's first commercial band was Precious which was formed by Mandrake Root Records in 1987 to promote him. The band dissolved after its only full-length album in 1991. Kajiyama became regarded as a guitar legend in the Japanese hard rock/ heavy metal scene. In 1998, Kajiyama and former Anthem vocalist Yukio Morikawa released a tribute album celebrating Rainbow in the name of . As a result, he became acquainted with Joe Lynn Turner who guested on the album. After that, Turner invited him to appear on his album "Under Cover, Vol. 2". Since then Kajiyama occasionally took part in Turner's albums and Japan tours. Kajiyama and Morikawa formed Goldbrick in 2003. Laurie Wisefield
Laurence Mark Wisefield (born 27 August 1952) is an English guitarist, best known for his contributions to Wishbone Ash during the 1970s and 1980s. Early career Prior to his stint in Wishbone Ash, Wisefield performed with the progressive rock band, Home. The group released three albums through Columbia Records between 1971 and 1974. Another member of Home, Cliff Williams, went on to find fame with AC/DC. Wishbone Ash Wisefield joined Wishbone Ash prior to their 1974 album ''There's the Rub'', eventually leaving in the mid 1980s following the release of '' Raw to the Bone''. ''Live In Tokyo'' is a live album by Hughes Turner Project, a collaboration between Glenn Hughes ( Deep Purple/ Black Sabbath/ Trapeze) and Joe Lynn Turner ( Deep Purple/ Rainbow/ Yngwie Malmsteen); it was released in 2002 on MTM Music and Pony Canyon Records. History ''Live In Tokyo'' was the only live record to be released by the Hughes Turner Project. The album was recorded at the Shibuya Club Quattro in Tokyo, Japan on May the 17th and 19th 2002 on the first leg of their tour to support their debut album '' HTP''. The set-list comprises four songs from the '' HTP'' album as well as other songs from both Hughes and Turner’s back catalogues including Deep Purple, Rainbow and Black Sabbath numbers. ''HTP'' is the debut album by Hughes Turner Project, a musical collaborators Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple / Black Sabbath, etc.) and Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow / Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, etc.); it was released on 6 February 2002 on MTM Music and Pony Canyon Records. History After a failed attempt in the late 80s to write an album together, Glenn Hughes and Joe Lynn Turner again joined forces in 2001 and started writing and recording an album.
