''Akashangalil'' is a 2015 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Rixon Xavier, starring veteran actor Shankar in an extended special appearance. Plot Akashangalil is the story of Amala (Pooja Vijayan), a retired air hostess, as her marriage with her colleague, a pilot was a failure and divorced as well. Later she becomes close to her driver Ananthu, but Ananthu's family is against this relationship as well as marriage. At this time, Amala's old friend Devadathan (Shankar) who is also a divorcee comes forward to give a life to Amala. Abhijith P. S. Nair (born 18 October 1991) is an Indian violinist, arranger and composer. Performing career Abhijith became acquainted with folk and classical styles and began performing onstage improvisations. His fusion violin shows and albums gained him popularity. He has performed with various artists including Dr. K. J. Yesudas, Hariharan, Shankar Mahadevan, Sivamani, Mandolin U. Rajesh, Mattannoor Sankarankutty Marar, Stephen Devassy, Senri Kawaguchi and Mohini Dey. Shankar (actor)
Shankar is an Indian actor who has worked in Malayalam and Tamil films. He acted in nearly 200 films.In the 80s and early 90s he was the most prominent romantc lead actor of Malayalam cinema. Shankar's debut Tamil film '' Oru Thalai Ragam,'' and Malayalam debut, ''Manjil Virinja Pookkal,'' completed a theatrical run of 365 and 250 days respectively. Early life Shankar was born to Thekkeveettil N. K. Panicker and Sulochana in Kechery, Thrissur, Kerala in 1960. His family later moved to Chennai when he was four years old. His father was a senior manager at Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited. He has two siblings, Krishnakumar and Indra. He completed the schooling from St. Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Chennai. He pursued a Bachelors in History from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Rishikesh.
