Akamatsu Norifusa
(1559 – August 18, 1598) was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku and Azuchi-Momoyama periods. Akamastu clan was the ''shugo daimyō'' of Harima Province. His father was Akamatsu Yoshisuke. Norifusa was defeated during Toyotomi Hideyoshi's Chugoku Offensive. He surrendered, becoming Hideyoshi's vassal; in subsequent years he was granted landholdings scattered around Okishio castle and Sumakichi (in Awa Province). Akamatsu Norimura
also well known as Akamatsu Enshin was a Japanese samurai of the Akamatsu clan in the Muromachi period. He was governor (''shugo'') of Harima Province in Hyōgo Prefecture. Nussbaum, Louis-Frédéric. Tōshōin
Tōshōin (洞松院, born in the 1460s) or Akamatsu Tōshōin was a Japanese noble who acted as the power behind the throne or ''de facto'' daimyo of the Akamatsu clan during the Sengoku period. Hirotaka Akamatsu
is a Japanese politician from the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, and served as the Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan from 2017 to 2021. Life and career A native of Nagoya and graduate of Waseda University, he was elected to the first of his three terms in the Aichi Prefectural Assembly and then to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1990 as a member of the Japan Socialist Party. He was appointed Minister of Agriculture in 2009. In April 2010, he skipped the traditional visit by legislators to Ise Jingu, opting instead to take a holiday in Mexico with his wife.
