Ajith (film)
''Ajith'' is a 2014 Indian Kannada-language romantic action film directed by Mahesh Babu starring Chiranjeevi Sarja and Nikki Galrani. It is a remake of the Tamil film ''Paiyaa''. G Prem is the producer of this film with five songs in the music direction of Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film got released across Karnataka cinema halls on 9 May 2014. Plot In Bangalore, Ajith, an unemployed young graduate meets Charulatha and falls in love with her. One day, Charulatha tells Ajith to drop her at her grandmother's house in Mumbai to escape from a forced marriage arranged by her father. During the journey, the duo encounter two gangs after them (one after Ajith and the other gang after Charulatha) for their personal reasons, but Ajith manages to defeat the gangs and unites with Charulatha, who has also fallen in love with him. ''Varisu'' (; ) is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by Vamshi Paidipally who co-wrote it with Hari and Ashishor Solomon. Produced jointly by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema, the film stars Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna, with R. Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shaam in supporting roles. The movie focuses on a business magnate's youngest son being named the chairman of his father's business, much to the dismay of his two elder brothers. The film was announced in September 2021 under the tentative title ''Thalapathy 66'', as it is Vijay's 66th film in a leading role. Karthik (singer)
Karthik (born 7 November 1980) is an Indian playback singer and composer. Karthik started his professional singing career as a backing vocalist and has since been working as a playback singer. He has sung more than 8000 songs in 15 Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Bengali, Marathi and Hindi. Early and personal life Karthikeyan hails from Tiruvarur district. He is a trained Carnatic music vocalist. He was part of a college band and regularly participated in IIT Madras Fest ''Saarang''.
