Ahmed Mohamed Hassan (born 1945.) is a Djiboutian politician. He is a member of the People's Rally for Progress (RPP) and has served in the National Assembly of Djibouti as well as the Pan-African Parliament. Political career At the roundtable talks in Paris regarding Djibouti's independence in 1977, Hassan was the spokesman of the Front for the Liberation of the Somali Coast. Ahmed Hassan Musa
Ahmed Hassan Musa (died 1979) was a Chadian insurgent who participated to the first phase of the Chadian Civil War. An Islamic fundamentalist close to the Muslim Brotherhood, he was head of the General Union of the Children of Chad (''Union Générale des Fils du Tchad'' or UGFT), an Islamic political party formed by Chadian exiles in Sudan. Because of the authoritarian and anti-Muslim policies of the President François Tombalbaye, he lived in exile in Sudan when the explosion of bloody riots in the Guéra Prefecture in 1965 opened him new chances. For this reason, he formed in his country of exile on September 7, 1965, the Liberation Front of Chad, the first insurgent group formed against Tombalbaye. Ahmed Hassan Barata is a Nigerian politician who was elected to the Nigerian Senate for the Adamawa South Senatorial seat in Adamawa State, Nigeria in the April 2011 federal elections. He ran for election on the People's Democratic Party (PDP) platform. Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr ' (1 July 1914 – 4 October 1982) was the fourth president of Iraq, from 17 July 1968 to 16 July 1979. He was a leading member of the revolutionary Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party and later the Baghdad-based Ba'ath Party and its regional organisation Ba'ath Party – Iraq Region (the Ba'ath Party's Iraqi branch), which espoused Ba'athism, a mix of Arab nationalism and Arab socialism. Al-Bakr first rose to prominence after the 14 July Revolution, which overthrew the monarchy. In the newly established government, he was involved in improving Iraqi–Soviet relations.
