''Agni Poolu'' () is a 1981 Indian Telugu-language drama film directed by K. Bapayya and produced by D. Ramanaidu. The film stars Krishnam Raju, Jaya Prada, Jayasudha, Jayanthi, Sarath Babu, Sudhakar and Kaikala Satyanarayana. It was based on Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani's novel of the same name. Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani
Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani (2 April 1940 – 18 May 2018) was an Indian Telugu language, Telugu language novelist. She had a strong fan following since the 1970s and early 1980s, especially among women. Several of her stories were made into films and television serials. She won two Nandi Awards. Early life and career Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani was born on 2 April 1940 in a Telugu people, Telugu Niyogi Brahmin family at Kaza, Krishna district, Kaza in Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh. She used to have strong inclination towards literature from her childhood. She has written over 80 novels. Death Yaddanapudi died on 18 May 2018 in California, U.S. while visiting her daughter. Sreedhar (born Sreedhar Surapaneni) (Telugu: ) was an Indian actor from Andhra Pradesh, who has predominantly acted in Telugu films. He started acting in small roles in early 70s. He became popular with Mutyala Muggu in 1975 directed by Bapu. He proved himself as a versatile actor by playing hero, villain and other supporting characters in over 150 films. He died on 11 July 2007 in Hyderabad because of cardiac arrest. He was survived by his wife and three daughters. He was born and brought up in Kummamuru, Krishna district. Allu Ramalingaiah (1 October 1922 – 31 July 2004) was an Indian character actor, comedian, and producer known for his works in Telugu cinema.
