Ager (river)
The Ager () is a river in Upper Austria; it is the discharge of the Attersee between Schörfling am Attersee and Seewalchen, and by Lambach it flows into the Traun. The Ager emerged towards the end of the Würm glaciation, when the mighty glaciers began to melt. Agger (river)
The Agger is a river in Germany, a right tributary of the Sieg in North Rhine-Westphalia. It is long. Its source is in the Sauerland hills, near Meinerzhagen. It winds through the towns Engelskirchen, Overath and Lohmar. Near Siegburg the Agger flows into the Sieg. Water pollution (or aquatic pollution) is the contamination of water bodies, usually as a result of human activities, so that it negatively affects its uses. Mondsee (lake)
Mondsee (''Moon Lake'') is a lake in the Upper Austrian part of the Salzkammergut and near the larger Attersee. Its southwestern shore marks the border between the states of Upper Austria and Salzburg and also between the Northern Limestone Alps in the south and the Sandstone zone of the northern Alps. The Drachenwand (''Dragonwall'') at the southern shore of the lake is an impressive sight. Mondsee is one of Austria's last privately owned lakes. Wankham
Regau is a municipality in the Austrian state of Upper Austria near Vöcklabruck, which is the capital of the district. Geography Regau is bordered on the north by the river Ager. Another important body of water is the Baggersee, an artificial lake where many people like to stay in summer for swimming or other sports. Vöcklabruck
Vöcklabruck () is the administrative center of the Vöcklabruck district, Austria. It is located in the western part of Upper Austria, close to the A1 Autobahn as well as the B1 highway. Vöcklabruck's name derives from the River Vöckla which runs through the town, whose name in turn originates from a person's name ('Vechela') and 'Ache', meaning 'flowing water' or 'river'. Traun () is a river in the Austrian state of Upper Austria. Its source is in the Totes Gebirge mountain range in Styria. It flows through the Salzkammergut area and the lakes Hallstätter See and Traunsee. The Traun is a right tributary of the Danube, which it meets near the city of Linz.
