Agents Of Law
''Agents of Law'' was a series published by Dark Horse Comics in 1995. It followed the story of Law, a powerful individual of dubious motives who took over Golden City after the events of ''Will to Power'', which was the big event of the in-house Dark Horse line of superhero comics during the summer of 1994. It was a continuation of '' Catalyst: Agents of Change''. Despite massive hype by the publishing company prior to its release the series ultimately failed to survive the withering market of the time and the choice by Dark Horse to scale back their line of superhero comics, which had only recently been renamed. Dark Horse Comics is an American comic book, graphic novel, and manga publisher founded in Milwaukie, Oregon by Mike Richardson in 1986. The company was created using funds earned from Richardson's chain of Portland, Oregon comic book shops known as Pegasus Books and founded in 1980. Dark Horse Comics has emerged as the fourth largest comic publishing company in the United States of America. ''Will To Power'' was a twelve-issue limited series event published by Dark Horse Comics under their Comics Greatest World imprint. It was published in four three-issue arcs, with each arc focusing on one of CGW's four environs, Arcadia, Steel Harbor, Golden City, and the area surrounding the Vortex. The story followed the descent of Titan from hero to villain. Other major characters included the X-killer (better known simply as X), Scream, Counterstrike, Mace Blitzkrieg, Wolf Pack, Grace and Catalyst, King Tiger, Lt. Anderson, and The Man from the Vortex. Keith Giffen
Keith Ian Giffen (born November 30, 1952) is an American comics artist and writer. He is known for his work for DC Comics on their ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' and ''Justice League'' titles as well as for being the co-creator of Lobo. Biography Keith Giffen was born in Queens, New York. His first published work was "The Sword and The Star", a black-and-white text story featured in ''Marvel Preview'' #4 (Jan. 1976), with writer Bill Mantlo. Giffen and Mantlo created Rocket Raccoon in ''Marvel Preview'' #7 (Summer 1976). Giffen is best known for his long runs illustrating and later writing the ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' title in the 1980s and 1990s. Giffen and writer Paul Levitz crafted "The Great Darkness Saga" in ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' vol. 2, #290–294 in 1982. Ian Akin (born July 28, 1959, in California) is a comic book artist, known primarily for inking. Along with his inking partner, Brian Garvey, Akin worked on many superhero comics (mostly for Marvel Comics) from 1982 to 1988. Biography Akin grew up in southern California, in Riverside County. Mark Farmer
Mark Farmer (born 1957 in Birmingham) is a British comic book artist. He is best known as an inker, often working with Alan Davis. Career Farmer got his start in the UK comics industry before becoming part of the British Invasion, the wave of UK creators that were an integral part of the DC Comics "new look" of the 1980s He is primarily known these days as an inker, although he has done some pencilling as well (for instance, collaborating with writer Len Wein on an early 1980s run on ''Green Lantern''). Like nearly all those involved in the British Invasion, Farmer got his start at the British weekly comic '' 2000 AD'', where he pencilled such series as Judge Dredd and Anderson: Psi Division. Farmer usually forms a team with writer/penciler Alan Davis.
