''Agent Kannayiram'' is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language detective comedy thriller film directed by Manoj Beedha and produced by Labyrinth Films. The film stars Santhanam and Riya Suman with a supporting cast including Sruthi Hariharan, Munishkanth, and Redin Kingsley. ''Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya'' is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language comedy thriller film directed by Swaroop R. S. J., who co-wrote the film with Naveen Polishetty. The film stars Naveen Polishetty as the title character alongside Shruti Sharma in her Telugu debut. It follows a Nellore-based detective whose life runs into danger when he starts investigating the case of a dead body abandoned near a railway track. Lokesh Kanagaraj (born 14 March 1986) is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Tamil films. He started his careers with a short film in the 2016 anthology '' Aviyal.'' He later directed his first feature film '' Maanagaram'' (2017). He created the Lokesh Cinematic Universe franchise with his films ''Kaithi'' (2019) and ''Vikram'' (2022).
