Afzal Sharif
Afzal Sharif is a Bangladeshi television and film actor. He acts mostly in comic roles. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor in Comic Role in 2010 for his role in '' Nissash Amar Tumi''. Career Sharif started his acting career as a stage actor in 1984. He performed regularly at stages until 1995. He debuted his television career through ''Bohubrihi'' drama serial in 1988. His first released film was ''Padma Nadir Majhi'' (1992). Sharif has been suffering from spinal and bone issues since 2014. In September 2018, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina provided financial assistance of Tk. 20 lakh for his medical expenses. 35th Bangladesh National Film Awards
The 35th National Film Awards, presented by Ministry of Information, Bangladesh to felicitate the best of Bangladeshi Cinema released in the year 2010. The government announced the names of 25 artistes and technicians for the National Film Award 2010 in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the country's film industry. Prime minister Sheikh Hasina handed over the 'National Film Awards – 2010' to the winners. The government has decided to observe 3 April as National Film Day from this year. The National Film Award 2010 was held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, Dhaka. List of winners Awards were given in 25 categories this year. ''Nissash Amar Tumi'' is a 2010 Dhallywood romantic comedy film directed by Bodiul Alom Kokun and produced by Asha Production. The film stars Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas in the lead roles. The movie is a remake of the 2005 Telugu movie ''Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana''. ''Nissash Amar Tumi'' was a hit at the box-office and was one of the highest grossing Bengali movies of 2010. ''Bohubrihi'' was one of the most popular drama serials ever aired on Bangladesh Television. The bangla word Bohubrihi means the multiple dimension of anything and here it means the mystery of life.
