At the beginning, ARPA had flights to the most important cities in Paraguay, like Ciudad del Este, Pedro Juan Caballero, Concepción and Encarnación. Guaraní International Airport
Guaraní International Airport is an international airport located in the municipality of Minga Guazú, and serving Ciudad del Este. It is the second most important and international airport in Paraguay. History The airport was dedicated on 20 August 1993. The facility was built to replace the former Alejo García Airport in Ciudad del Este, which eventually was surrounded by the city's development. During the 1990s, the airport generated much movement and had up to four flights per day with airlines such as Ladesa, Arpa and the Military Transport. TAM Aviação Executiva (formerly TAM – Táxi Aéreo Marília) is a Brazilian airline specialized in air charter, aircraft sales and aircraft maintenance. The Cessna Citation II are light corporate jets built by Cessna as part of the Citation family. Stretched from the Citation I, the Model 550 was announced in September 1976, first flew on January 31, 1977, and was certified in March 1978.
