Adrián Hernández (football Manager)
Adrián Hernández Abenza (born 30 August 1981) is a Spanish football manager, currently in charge of Yeclano Deportivo. Career Born in Murcia, Hernández was never a footballer during his youths; he graduated in business administration and journalism, and also had a degree in business science with MBAs in marketing and pedagogy. He began his managerial career with EDMF Churra in 2014, with the club in the Primera Autonómica de Murcia; in his first years, he also shared his manager role with his work as a teacher. Hernández achieved two consecutive promotions with Churra in his first two seasons, taking the club to Tercera División for the first time ever. On 3 June 2019, after missing out promotion in the last two consecutive play-offs, he was appointed manager of Real Murcia CF in Segunda División B. The 2022–23 Segunda Federación season will be the second for the Segunda Federación, the new fourth highest level in the Spanish football league system. Ninety teams will participate, divided into five groups of eighteen clubs each based on geographical proximity. In each group, the champions automatically promoted to Primera Federación, and the second to fifth placers will play promotion play-offs. The last five teams in each group will be relegated to the Tercera Federación; in addition, the four worst teams classified 13th in their group will play play-offs to define the last two relegation places. 2021–22 Tercera División RFEF
The 2021–22 Tercera División RFEF season will be the first for the national fifth level in the Spanish football league system. The league has 18 groups like the former fourth tier Tercera División. Competition format *The group champions will be promoted to 2022–23 Segunda División RFEF. *The next four eligible teams in each group will play in the promotion play-offs. *The champion of each group will qualify for 2022–23 Copa del Rey.
