Adrian Puzanovsky
Adrian Georgyevich Puzanovsky (; 3 January 1942 – 21 October 2023) was a Russian politician who was a member of the first, second and third convocations of the State Duma from 1993 to 2003. Early life and career Adrian Puzanovsky was born on 3 January 1942 in the Edineț District of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic (now the Republic of Moldova), to his father, Georgy Yakovlevich, and to his mother, Anna Denisovna Puzanovskaya (Pchelkina). In 1965, he graduated from the Chișinău State University named after V. I. Lenin. He was a doctor of economic sciences, and a professor. He was engaged in teaching activities. History Dignity and Charity was founded in October 1993 on the basis of the All-Russian Council of War and Labor Veterans, the All-Russian Society of the Disabled, and the Chernobyl Union of Russia. Edineț District
Edineț () is a district () in the north-west of Moldova, with the administrative center at Edineț. The other major city is Cupcini. As of 1 January 2011, its population was 82,900. Geography The district is bordered by Briceni District to the north, Ocnița District to the northeast, Dondușeni District to the east, Rîșcani District to the south, and Romania to the west across the Prut river. Most important rivers crossing the district are: Ciuhur (90 km), Racovăț (68 km) and Draghiște (67 km) the latter being the main Racovăț's tributary. All rivers of district flowing into the Prut.
