Adrian Pracon
Adrian Pracon (born 8 December 1989) is a youth politician from Norway who was the last person to be shot by Anders Behring Breivik during the 2011 Norway attacks in Utøya, an attack which he survived. In 2012, Pracon wrote the book ''Hjertet mot steinen'' (English: ''The Heart Against the Rock''), where he narrates his experiences on Utøya that day. Skien
Skien () is a city and municipality in Vestfold og Telemark county in Norway. In modern times it is regarded as part of the traditional region of Grenland, although historically it belonged to Grenmar/Skiensfjorden, while Grenland referred the Norsjø area and Bø. Telemark
Telemark is a traditional region, a former county, and a current electoral district in southern Norway. In 2020, Telemark merged with the former county of Vestfold to form the county of Vestfold og Telemark. Telemark borders the traditional regions and former counties of Vestfold, Buskerud, Hordaland, Rogaland and Aust-Agder.
