Adrian Carrio
Adrian "Ace" Carrio (born January 12, 1989) is an American race car driver from Monument, Colorado. Carrio was born in Glendora, California. He began Kart racing, go-karting at the age of 8, winning several national championships. Carrio stepped up to cars in 2004, finishing second in the Formula TR 2000 Pro Series, Formula TR 2000 Championship. In 2005, he moved up to the competitive Star Mazda Championship, Star Mazda series and won the series title in 2006 with 2 wins and 6 pole positions. For 2007, Carrio moved to the Atlantic Championship, Champ Car Atlantic series, driving for Genoa Racing. The season was a struggle, with Carrio finishing 18th in points with only two top-ten finishes, a 6th at San Jose Grand Prix, San Jose and a 7th at Edmonton Indy, Edmonton. Carrio has not participated in a professional race since. Monument, Colorado
The Town of Monument is a Home rule town situated at the base of the Rampart Range in El Paso County, Colorado, United States. Monument is one of the three communities that make up the Tri-Lakes area (along with Palmer Lake and Woodmoor). The town is part of the Colorado Springs Metropolitan Statistical Area, which had an estimated population of 700,000 in 2019. Monument is bordered by Pike National Forest on the west, Colorado Springs and the United States Air Force Academy to the south, Bald Mountain, True Mountain, and Spruce Mountain to the north, and Black Forest and rolling plains to the east. Monument was first settled as a stop along the Rio Grande Railroad in 1872, and the area was incorporated as a town called Henry's Station in 1879, but the name was later changed to Monument. Raphael Matos (born August 28, 1981) is a Brazilian professional racing driver. He was the 2008 Firestone Indy Lights Series champion and the 2007 Champ Car Atlantic Series champion. He lives in Miami.
