Adolf Bogstad
Adolf Bogstad (22 April 1920 – 13 February 1945) was a Norwegian resistance member who was killed during the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany. He was born and lived in Østre Aker. During the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany, he became involved in Hjemmefronten in 1940 and Milorg in 1941. He was involved in weapons transport and the illegal press, and became the leader of District 13. His last action was ''Aksjon smør'', in which Milorg men stole foodstuffs from two warehouses, one in the street ''Tollbugata'' belonging to German forces, and one in the street ''Skippergata'' belonging to Arbeidstjenesten. The foodstuffs were distributed to Milorg men who hid in the forests surrounding Oslo. On the next day, Bogstad was going to plan the next action, together with Frank Olsen and Storm Weinholdt, in the latter's home at Kampen. The Norwegian resistance (Norwegian: ''Motstandsbevegelsen'') to the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany began after Operation Weserübung in 1940 and ended in 1945. Kåre Adolf Olafsen (19 January 1920 – 17 March 1945) was a Norwegian resistance member who was executed during the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany. He was born in Sørum, and lived in Østre Aker. He became involved in Milorg in 1941, during the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany, and was responsible for transport and provisioning in the district. His last mission was ''Aksjon smør'', in which Milorg men stole foodstuffs from two warehouses, one in the street ''Tollbugata'' belonging to German forces, and one in the street ''Skippergata'' belonging to Arbeidstjenesten. Østmarka
Østmarka is a forested area to the east of Oslo and part of the congregation of woodland areas known as Oslomarka. The area is situated within the municipalities Oslo, Lørenskog, Rælingen, Ski and Enebakk. Østmarka is delimited to the west by populated areas of Oslo, to the north of communities of Skårer, Lørenskog and Rælingen and to the east by the lake Øyeren, to the south-east lies Enebakk and to the south-west Sørmarka, another forested area. The change from Østmarka to Sørmarka takes place at the lake Langen. Østmarka is marked by its location on top of basement rock (more than 1 billion years old) containing easy-to-see folds that make up valleys and hills in the north-south direction. Sarabråten
Sarabråten is an area near the lake Nøklevann in Østmarka, Oslo, Norway. Now a recreational area, it was owned by Thomas Johannessen Heftye and his descendants from 1856 to 1911, and after that by Oslo municipality. It was first recorded under the name Jørgensrud in 1578, when owned by the Diocese of Oslo. A ski jumping hill was located here earlier. Arvid Hansen (1 March 1916 – 13 February 1945) was a Norwegian resistance member who was executed during the occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany. He was born in Oslo as the son of Harald and Helga Marie Hansen. He worked in Oslo as an electrician. When Norway was invaded by Germany in 1940, he became involved in the subsequent fighting. The occupation of Norway by Nazi Germany during the Second World War began on 9 April 1940 after Operation Weserübung. Conventional armed resistance to the German invasion ended on 10 June 1940, and Nazi Germany controlled Norway until the capitulation of German forces in Europe on 8 May 1945.
