Adnan Dirjal ( ar, عدنان درجال مطر; born 26 January 1960 in Baghdad) is an Iraqi former footballer, national team coach, and as of May 2020 heads the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. He was one of Iraq's most prominent national team captains, who played as a defender. On 14 September 2021 he won the presidency of the Iraqi Football Association. Adnan Hussein (born 27 February 1954) is a Lebanese political scientist, academic and politician who served as minister of state for social affairs in the cabinet led by Prime Minister Saad Hariri. He is a close ally of former Lebanese President Michel Suleiman. Early life and education Hussein was born in Zkak Al Blat on 27 February 1954. Adnan Ghaleb al-Husayni ( ar, عدنان غالب الحسيني) (born 1946) was the Palestinian governor of Jerusalem: 'Adnan Hussein, the Palestinian governor of Jerusalem.' and of the Quds Governorate between 2008 and 2018 when he was succeeded by Adnan Ghaith. Adnan Kapau Gani (16 September 1905 – 23 December 1968), often abbreviated as A. K. Gani, was an Indonesian politician. Born in West Sumatra, he spent much of his youth in Java, where he studied medicine and became involved with the nascent nationalist movement before going to South Sumatra to work as a doctor. During the Indonesian National Revolution he served three terms as Minister of Welfare; two of these were concurrent with terms as a deputy prime minister.
