''Addiction'' ( fi, Levottomat 3) is a 2004 Finnish romantic drama film directed by Minna Virtanen. It is the last film in the ''Restless'' trilogy, preceded by '' Restless'' (2000) and ''Me and Morrison'' (2001). ''Addiction'' received a lot of criticism. It has been described as two-dimensional and "peeping entertainment". Markus Selin
Markus Selin (born 16 March 1960) is a Finnish television and film producer. Career Selin was born in Vihti. His first feature was conceived in the mid-1980s. At a party in Los Angeles, he was introduced to fellow Finn Renny Harlin. The two collaborated on a script about three Americans vacationing in Finland who cross the border into the Soviet Union. They approached Chuck Norris to star and he initially agreed but later had to pull out after the production was delayed due to financing problems. His son Mike Norris took over the lead. Selin and Harlin funded the first part of production themselves and then shopped around with the resulting 20-minute demo reel. Selin was eventually able to secure co-production financing from the U.S. for what became the most expensive film ever produced in Finland. Joona Jasper Pääkkönen (; born 15 July 1980) is a Finnish film actor and entrepreneur. Following a two-decade-plus career in Finnish movies, Pääkkönen's international breakthrough role came in 2015 in the historical drama television series ''Vikings'' (2016–2018; 2020) as Halfdan the Black. Niclas Christoffer “Nicke” Lignell (born 24 June 1966 in Bromarv, Southern Finland) is a Finnish actor, who has appeared in many TV shows and movies. In addition to his acting career, he writes a regular column for the Finnish newspaper '' Iltalehti'' and does voiceovers. His wife, the violinist Raakel Lignell, is also a celebrity in her own right. Together they have 5 children. On 30 December 2006, the car Lignell and his mother were travelling in was hit in Ekenäs by a drunk driver who blew 0.241% on a breathalyzer test. Leena Katriina Lehtolainen (born 11 March 1964) is a Finnish crime novelist, best known for her series of novels about the policewoman Maria Kallio. Lehtolainen was born in Vesanto, Northern Savonia. Her first novel was released when she was only 12 years old. She studied literature in Helsinki until 1995 and wrote crime novels from 1993 on. Since about 2007 she has written other genres of books.
